Your contribution

If you are selected to participate, this agreement applies to the presentation recording you submit for the Summit and any slides, handouts, or other materials you expressly provide for distribution with that presentation (“Submitted Content”).

It does not apply to your other recordings, courses, products, or materials simply because you mention or link to them.

Permission to use your Summit contribution

You retain ownership of the recording and accompanying materials you submit for the Summit and remain free to use, publish, sell, or license them yourself.

In exchange for participation in the Summit and the Organizer’s hosting and distribution of your session, you grant the Organizer nonexclusive, worldwide permission to:

  • Host and broadcast your Submitted Content during the Summit.
  • Continue offering your session after the Summit as a replay or as part of this Summit’s free or paid recording package.
  • Use brief excerpts from your session, together with your name, submitted biography, and promotional photo, to promote your session, this Summit, and its recording package through websites, email, social media, and video platforms.

The Organizer may make technical edits, remove pauses or errors, and add captions or an accompanying transcript, provided these changes preserve your meaning and do not materially alter your presentation. You will be credited as the presenter.

These permissions continue after the Summit without additional payment, but apply only to the uses listed above. Inclusion in another summit, course, membership, resource library, or separate paid bundle; standalone resale of your session; or adaptation into a separate publication or product requires your prior written agreement.

Your name, image, and voice

The permission above does not authorize an unrelated endorsement, or the creation of a synthetic version of your voice or likeness.

Payment and revenue

Any speaker fee, honorarium, or affiliate commission must be agreed to separately in writing.

Each party keeps the revenue from its own permitted uses.

Your authority to grant permission

You confirm that you own your Submitted Content or have obtained the permissions necessary to authorize the uses described in this agreement.

This includes any necessary permissions for other people appearing in the recording and for third-party images, music, video clips, slides, and other included materials.

Please identify any proposed restrictions before submitting your recording. Restrictions apply only if the Organizer expressly accepts them in writing.

Duration and changes

The license takes effect when you have accepted this agreement, been selected for the Summit, and submitted your contribution. It continues after the Summit ends and does not expire solely because your participation ends.

Except as required by applicable law, ending or limiting the license requires a written agreement between you and the Organizer.

Changes to this webpage do not change terms you previously accepted. Any amendment requires both parties’ agreement.

7. Acceptance

By checking the agreement checkbox in the speaker application and submitting the form, you confirm that you have read and agree to this version of the Speaker Recording and Reuse Agreement and have authority to grant the permissions described above.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
